Virtually everyone is born with psychic abilities. This might surprise most people but it's true. We call it instinct, intuition, gut feelings, etc. What it really is though is the ability to know what you shouldn't know.

The difference between a 'psychic' and the rest of the world is that psychics trust their psychic abilities.

Trust comes with practice and patience. If you do something over and over again, you get better at it. Eventually you trust and know you can do it without any conscious thought.

The more times you give good advice, or know something you shouldn't know, or predict the future, etc, the better you become at it. All you're doing is exercising and trusting in the intuition you were born with.

Most people lose much of their intuition with age. Why?

• They think psychic abilities is only for psychics and gifted people
• They reject any evidence they could be psychic
• They think too much

The more you use your right brain, the more you trust it. The more you use your left brain, the more you trust in logic and facts. Trouble is, most of the time we don't know all the facts. Because of this we make bad decisions.

Anyone can become a psychic. Start by believing you can do it. Have faith. Then learn how to meditate. Quiet your mind. Become an observer instead of reacting to what you preceive.

Practice making predictions about the future and knowing what you shouldn't know. Make a game of it. Don't take it too seriously. At first you will be wrong most of the time. But the more you practice, the better your abilities will become.
