Aura Reading.

An aura is an energy field that all surrounds living things. This field of energy can extend anywhere from an inch to several feet from a person's body. Although many psychics say that they can see auras, very few psychics have the ability to 'read' auras or receive messages from looking at the shape, consistence, colors, and other aspects of the human aura.
The ability to read auras or give psychic messages based on the appearance of a person's aura requires much practice. People who have this gift often have had the ability to see auras all their life for as long as they can remember. The gift is developed through life by observing people in various situations and noticing what their aura looks like. Then whenever they see someone with a similar aura they understand what is going on that person's life.
Psychics with the ability to read aura's often have an uncanny ability to see health issues or problems well before a client is aware they are developing a health condition. This is because physical ailments often follow periods of stress or emotional issues. As a person's mood changes from a relaxed state to one of anxiety, the aura changes even though the physical body might be able to disguise the emotional turbulance a person may be experiencing.
The easiest way to practice seeing auras is to gaze at a plant, animal, or person, - any living thing, but instead of looking directly, move your eyes slightly to the right or to the left. With practice you will then observe the energy radiating from all life. Usually when you shift your eyes directly upon an object to get a better look, the aura becomes transparent. It's still there. It's just that you can't see it anymore.
