As with any dream, what you see in a dream will have a different meaning for each person. Dreams are custom made just for you. They are riddles only you can figure out using simple but powerful dream interpretation techniques that I'll share with you in my articles.
First let's rule out that you had a sex dream. If the dream was enjoyable and you got aroused sexually then you just interpreted your dream. There's nothing more to do. It's normal. Everyone has them.
Of course the reason why you're here is because you know your dream means something else. You just don't know what.
Dreams about being naked usually have something to do with vulnerability. Are you exposed figuratively in some way in your life right now? Have you over extended yourself on credit and don't know how you'll pay it all back? Have told someone secrets and not sure what they'll do with the information? Are you afraid that someone is seeing something you think is hidden?
Dream Interpretation.
If you can't see an obvious corelationship between your life and your dream, it's time to go to step one of dream interpretation.
First of all understand that almost all dreams are the result of your right brain, creative self, or your higher self trying to send you messages. When you're sleeping most of the time you'll see pictures or movies. Sometimes you'll hear things. But your unconscious mind will never give you a dream and tell you what it means. That would be too easy.
If you're dream is about being naked, here's what you do.
- Write down the entire dream in as much detail as you can remember
- Keep a notepad and pen right beside your bed so you can write down dreams immediately
- You can analyze your dream when you're fully awake if you do a good job recording absolutely every detail
Next, make a list of important stuff and people in your life right now. Is there a relationship or message that's obvious? If not, don't worry. Just go to step two.
- Make a list of every person, object, or things you see in your dream
- Under each item, write down what that means to you
- Record your feelings. Are you happy, sad, scared?
Are you having exactly the same dream all the time? Or is each dream different? If you're having dreams about being naked but they're all different, guess what? Chances are all your dreams mean exactly the same thing. It always means your unconscious mind is trying to get your attention with what it thinks is an important message. Sometime the message is important and sometimes it's not.
However if the dream is troubling you, it's almost always important. As soon as you interpret your dream, they should stop. All you need to do is communicate to your unconscious mind that you understand what it's trying to tell you.
Your objective should not be to stop dreaming. It shoud be to understand what your dream or dreams are telling you. Sometimes the messages can make a huge difference in your real life.
If you've gotten to this point, and still don't know what your dream means, it's time to ask for clues.
Before you go to sleep, remind yourself of the dream you had before and tell yourself you will have a restful night's sleep. Then say that first thing in the morning you will know what the dream means. This should be your last thought before you fall asleep.
If you prefer you can use this technique about understand almost any dream. Before falling asleep repeat this question over and over again. 'Why do I understand every single dream I have.'
Either of these last two techniques will put your unconscious mind to work will you're left brain and body sleeps. Your unconscious mind is always awake. These techniques redirect your mind and give it direction to give you the answers you want.
