Using a Dream Dictionary
It might be easier to use a dream dictionary but you'll never be sure or convinced as to what your dreams mean until you've done your own analysis. They are useful and can give you ideas on what your dream symbols might mean, but it's a mistake to believe they can accurately interpret your dreams. Why? Because your dream symbols are unique to you based on your past experiences.
When you've correctly figured out a dream, all the pieces will fit and it will make perfect sense. Dream interpretation is like putting a jigsaw puzzle together. There's no sense of accomplishment until every last piece in place and you clearly see the entire picture without any gaps. If there's any question about what your dreams mean, it's likely that you've made the wrong interpretation or you're missing some aspects of what your unconscious mind is trying to say. Read more
