What Are Chakras and How Do Chakras Work?

The chakras are invisible energy centers located in around the body. Psychics and energy healers believe that these energy centers must be aligned and working properly. If the energy fields are 'blocked' or distored or not functioning as they should, our physical body will experience ailments, pains, degeneration, and disease.
Reiki is a common form or label used by therapists who do 'energy healing'. However Reiki is just a word. The real power is when someone is able to facilitate lasting change and improved health in their clients by manipulating the energy fields or chakras. Once energy is flowing freely throughout out body, the physical benefits become apparent.
